Terms of Service

Short version: this is a free random-number toy. We don't predict winners. Play responsibly.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Lotto Laboratory you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the site.

2. Entertainment only — no predictions

Important: Lotto Laboratory is for entertainment purposes only. Lottery drawings are completely random events. No app, system, algorithm, or strategy can predict winning numbers. The service produces statistically uniform random combinations — that is the only mathematical claim we make.

3. Not a gambling operator

We do not sell tickets, accept bets, hold funds, or facilitate gambling. We generate candidate number combinations for lotteries run by official operators (Powerball and Mega Millions). Any decision to purchase a ticket is yours alone, made through an authorized retailer or official channel.

4. Eligibility & responsible play

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal lottery age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use this site. Only play with money you can afford to lose. If you or someone you know is struggling with gambling, contact the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-GAMBLER.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lotto Laboratory, its operators, and contributors are not liable for any damages — direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise — arising from your use of the site, including financial losses from lottery play. The site is provided "as is."

6. Free service

All features are provided free of charge with no advertisements, no paywalls, no sign-up, and no premium tier. We reserve the right to change or discontinue features at any time without notice.

7. Intellectual property

The site, its design, and its source layout are © Lotto Laboratory. "Powerball" and "Mega Millions" are trademarks of their respective lottery operators (the Multi-State Lottery Association and the Mega Millions Consortium). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any official lottery operator.

8. Data sources

Historical draw results are sourced from the State of New York's public Open Data portal. Quantum entropy is sourced from the Australian National University's public Quantum Random Number Generator. We are not responsible for the accuracy of upstream data — verify winning numbers with the official lottery operator before claiming any prize.

9. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page and surfaced on the homepage for at least 30 days. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
